Shipping policy

ALL orders shipped throughout the United States are tracked with an average transit time of 3-10 Business Days, shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. While most orders arrive earlier than expected, this largely depends on the traffic and cut-downs your county is experiencing due to COVID-19 complications.

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders received after 5:00PM Est will be processed the next business day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Celestial Karma is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@celestialkarma.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Tracking numbers are sent out to the email that was provided during the order as soon as the order is processed and shipped.

Pre-Orders

If you are purchasing a product that is currently on "pre-order" (as labeled on the product page), then you must take into consideration the estimated "in-stock" date (also denoted on the product page). This date does not include additional processing times which may be up to 1-3 business days following the "in-stock" date. ANY order placed that features a product which is currently on "pre-order" will be subject to the delays denoted on the "pre-order" product page of the item featuring this status. Orders featuring pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests post 24 hours may be subject to partial refunds or rejection of request.
